WATCHFIRE ENDEAVORS

Watchfire is an integrative advisory for owners who intend to arrive whole.

Leadership development and operating-system work, delivered as one integrated body of work.

Meaning at Work

WHO THIS IS FOR

Owners who refuse the split.

Owners who have built something real and care about what it stands for.

Operators who can feel the next stage but cannot reach it through the moves that built the current one.

Leaders who have arrived at a season where another framework, another hire, or another push is not what is missing.

People who can feel the next thing without yet having language for it.

The gap is structural. It runs through the person and the organization both.

THE WORK

The leader and the organization as one system.

Watchfire treats the leader and the organization as one system.

The work moves across the whole of that system: the leader's interior life, the leader's outward presence, the team and the culture, and the operating cadence of the business. One body of work, not four.

One practitioner holds all four. That is what makes the integration possible.

The frame for it is called The Watchfire Method.

FOUNDER

Joe Bennett

Joe Bennett is the founder of Watchfire. 20+ years as a contemplative practitioner.

15 years as an owner-operator. He is building Watchfire for the people who know

that the success that matters most doesn't show up on a spreadsheet.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

"Working with Joe as an executive coach has been (and continues to be) a deeply impactful resource for me.

Let's be clear: I was confident I didn't need a coach... keyword: 'was.' I can now admit my former position was reflective of my own ignorance, and a healthy dose of pride too.

What I assumed I'd find was yet another self-help guru with everything figured out, who could help you figure it all out too, for a premium price. Instead, I found a thoughtful and contemplative individual who sought opportunities to help others by truly participating in their journeys.

Joe really listens, isn't afraid to challenge you, and brings a unique mix of business smarts and personal insight. If you're at a point where the old answers aren't cutting it anymore and you're ready to think bigger, you absolutely want Joe in your corner."

If you want
to talk.

The right next step is a conversation. Thirty minutes. No prep required.

If it is a fit, the work begins to take shape. If it is not, you leave with a clearer sense of what you actually need.
