ADVISORY SERVICES
Advisory Services
The Watchfire Method delivered as executive coaching, team coaching, and operating-system implementation. Available as three component services or as a single integrated engagement.
A note on where this work is now. Watchfire is currently engaging its founding cohort. The first five engagements are running at a defined introductory shape and rate while the case base accumulates and the methodology gets codified. After the founding cohort closes, the engagement evolves and prices reset along a trajectory Watchfire has already committed to internally. Prospects who reach the introductory conversation receive the full pricing brief and the trajectory in writing.
THE PROBLEM THE METHOD SOLVES
Executive Coaching
The full Method, concentrated on the individual. The work is built for leaders working through a transition, a scaling decision, or a deeper question about what the business is actually for. It runs alongside whatever else the leader is doing, and it does not require the rest of the senior team to be involved.
Over time, the leader gains capacities they did not start with. The interior becomes a more reliable instrument, and the decisions get cleaner.
Standalone coaching for the owner-operator or senior leader.
Cadence. Three to four sessions per month. Three-month minimum engagement.
Included. Custom dashboard, individualized development plan, and assessments to support the work.
Team Coaching
Standalone coaching for the owner-operator or senior leader.
Built for senior teams that have a competent operating system in place (EOS, Pinnacle, Scaling Up, or similar) and have run into work the OS does not address. The interior of the team. How decisions actually get made. What gets said and what does not. The work is on the team as a unit, in service of the operating cadence the team already runs.
Over time, the team becomes a team in the full sense. The work the operating system cannot do gets done, and the operating system itself starts to carry more weight.
Cadence. Full-day team sessions, scheduled to the rhythm of the team's existing operating system.
Included. Custom dashboard, team development plan, and assessments to support the work.
OS Implementation
Built for owner-operators who have grown the business on instinct and are ready for the team to run on a cadence rather than on the founder. The work installs an operating system on the Ninety.io platform: vision, organizational structure, scorecards, quarterly priorities, and the meeting rhythm that institutionalizes them. The leader and the senior team go through it together.
Over 12-15 months, the business begins to operate as a system rather than as the founder's extended presence. The founder gets clearer about what only they can do, and the team takes on the work the founder no longer should.
Operating-system implementation for owner-led companies that do not yet have one in place.
Cadence. Eight full-day team meetings across 12-15 months.
Included. Ninety.io platform setup, customized scorecards and priorities, and all session materials.
The Watchfire Integrated Engagement
Built for owner-led companies where the leader, the senior team, and the operating life of the business are ready to be developed as one piece of work rather than three. The executive work concentrates on the leader. The team work concentrates on the senior team. The implementation work concentrates on the operating cadence. One practitioner holds all three, which is what makes the integration possible.
Over the engagement, something different happens than would happen from any of the three services on their own. The leader develops, the team develops, the operating cadence develops, and the three of them start to inform each other. The interior of the leader shows up in the team meeting. The operating cadence puts pressure on capacities the leader had not yet built. The team's growing coherence makes the operating cadence carry more weight. The whole becomes its own kind of instrument.
All three services delivered together over 12-15 months. The fullest expression of The Watchfire Method.
Cadence. Eight full-day sessions across 12-15 months, weighted between OS implementation and team coaching as the engagement calls for. Executive coaching woven throughout at three to four sessions per month.
Included. Everything in the three component services. Custom dashboards for the leader and the team. A custom development plan for the leader, the team, and the business. Assessments to support the work. Direct access throughout the engagement.
Which engagement is right depends on what is actually in front of you.
A leader working through a transition needs something different from a senior team that has been together for years and feels stuck. A company that has never run on an operating system needs something different from one that has and still feels the gap. The right starting point sorts itself out in a real conversation. No assessment quiz, no scoring tool, no funnel.
Thirty minutes. No prep required.
